Using Cleru
Cleru shows clearance and discount posts from shops near you. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to legally use the app in your country, and the details you provide when signing up (email, username) must be accurate.
Posts and content
Posts are meant to reflect real, current clearance items actually available at the shop shown -- not guesses, expired stock, or unrelated photos. We check that a post's location matches the shop before it can go live, and posts go through review before appearing in the feed. We can remove any post, and suspend or delete any account, that we reasonably believe is fake, misleading, spam, or otherwise breaks these terms or our Community Guidelines.
No guarantee on deals
Cleru is a place for shops and shoppers to share what's currently on clearance -- we don't control pricing, stock, or whether an item is still available by the time you get there. Prices, availability, and item condition are set by whoever posted them, not by Cleru, and we can't guarantee accuracy.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share your login, and let us know if you think someone else has access to it. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings > Delete Account), which permanently removes your account and the data tied to it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use Cleru after an update means you accept the revised terms.
